Top Exercises to Burn Fat

There are several exercises that can help you get sweaty and feel pumped but not are good enough exercises to burn fat. Check out the following instead:

Snatches
Swings
Deadlifts
Squats
Pullups
Chinups
Pushups

There are several more of such exercises that will remove layers of fat right off your body in a very short period of time and the examples I’ve provided are just a few of the many out there in worthwhile fitness routines like the Truth About Six Pack abs by Mike Geary.

What I am trying to prove here is that the best exercises to burn fat are compound movements that target major muscle groups like your back, legs and chest. These places carry the most fat and performing exercise that target these muscles also activate the smaller muscle groups like the arms, shoulders, core etc… Why waste time when you can do more exercises to burn fat than unwanted exercises that do very little sculpture to your physique?

Great tips! I agree – compound movements is where it is at. Get the most ‘bang’ for your buck…when time is limited, take advantage of compound movements to maximize your metabolism. My own favorites – dumbell squats followed by ‘dumbbell deadlifts’. Sometimes I will turn it into a ‘tri-set’ by finishing with some free standing lunges. Short break – repeat.
