Get the most &#039;bang&#039; for your buck...when time is limited, take advantage of compound movements to maximize your metabolism.  My own favorites - dumbell squats followed by &#039;dumbbell deadlifts&#039;.  Sometimes I will turn it into a &#039;tri-set&#039; by finishing with some free standing lunges.  Short break - repeat.</description>
