Still trying to get a flat stomach? From my time spent in the gym, people think that the fastest route to get a flat stomach is by eating less or nothing at all AND doing hundreds of crunches and leg raises EVERYDAY!

And OH! Don’t forget the hours spend on cardio machines like the treadmill! They are legen-DARY…

Cut the crap and realize the truth people! The fastest route to get flat abs is by reducing total body fat. Fat from your stomach gradually comes off as the fat from your entire body. There is no magic button in your body that will trigger the jiggly layer of fat to only come off from your abs. That draws a weird picture!

- Eat 5 to 6 short meals a day with lean protein and high fiber carbs and healthy fats in every meal. Stick to more veggies and fruits for better and faster results.

- Skip ab exercises entirely and focus on intense total body movements like squats, Deadlifts, pull ups, push ups, lunges etc… that will help increase muscle maintenance and growth to trigger faster metabolism and quicker fat loss.
