Eat Stop Eat – Lose Weight Without Dieting?
A lot of rumors have been going around about the fact the starvation mode doesn’t exist. This controversy and myth breaking rumors really caught my attention a while ago when I found out about a new diet program called Eat Stop Eat.
According to the author of Eat Stop Eat, Brad Pilon, starvation mode is a lie! That was a stunning fact to reveal. He sure needs ba**s to say this out in public. We all thought eating 6 meals a day for fat loss was stupid a few years back until we started noticing others get results.
Well, I’ve seen many people in forums getting great results using Eat Stop Eat approach of intermittent fasting. Of course there is a negative side to this though. If you don’t do any form of resistance training with the Eat Stop Eat method, you are going to lose muscle.
I personally follow Turbulence Training workouts and so have many other successful folks who have lost a lot of fat using the ESE approach.
