These products never work!  And you know it. Some are just plain junk and you will know it right away you  look at it, but there are times you might end up purchasing the product just to  find out it&#8217;s a pile of crap.</p>
<p>The &#8220;SOME&#8221; that work only work to the  extent of giving you quick results for a short period of time. Most of these  routines are easily adapted by your body in like 5 to 8 sessions of the same  workout over and over again. These routines usually provided a plan that will  only last for like a month or two. What then?</p>
<p><span id="more-53"></span>You should already be  aware of the fact that muscle burns fat. Therefore, the easiest way to burn fat  and build muscle is by actually focus on building muscle, and the fat will just  go away helping your muscle to grow in the process!</p>
<p>- Pick total body  compound movements like Deadlifts, Squats, Weighted Pushups, Chinups and Pullups  for hard core muscle building and fat burning. No isolated movements would give  you the same results at such a speed.</p>
<p>- Focus on achieving a new personal  record in every workout. Try to increase weight, get more reps or sets in the  same time or LESS time in every workout. This increases intensity and muscular  shock.</p>
<p>- Stick to fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grain carbs and lean  protein if you really want to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. If you  keep eating junk just so you can put on weight, you will end up gaining fat  while building muscle. That is an ugly picture.</p>
<p>- Don&#8217;t overtrain  yourself. Get atleast 8 hours of sleep everyday. The growth hormone levels are  high when you are asleep helping your body to recover faster and build more  muscle. The more tired and stressed out you remain, the less growth your body  will face.</p>
<p>- Focus on free weights and bodyweight exercises. Never use a  machine unless it is for something like a kneeling cable crunch which is a great  exercise for the abs.</p>

<p>Cut the crap and realize the truth people! The fastest route to get flat abs is by reducing total body fat. Fat from your stomach gradually comes off as the fat from your entire body. There is no magic button in your body that will trigger the jiggly layer of fat to only come off from your abs. That draws a weird picture!</p>
<p>- Eat 5 to 6 short meals a day with lean protein and high fiber carbs and healthy fats in every meal. Stick to more veggies and fruits for better and faster results.</p>
<p>- Skip ab exercises entirely and focus on intense total body movements like squats, Deadlifts, pull ups, push ups, lunges etc&#8230; that will help increase muscle maintenance and growth to trigger faster metabolism and quicker fat loss.</p>
